My work addresses ideas of the intangible and the hidden, thresholds and borders between reality and fiction, researched through concepts such as the body, the archive and memory and dichotomies such as presence/absence, public/private, science/fiction.

I am interested in alternative realities with a special taste for post-human dystopian sets and Science Fiction as a way of fictionalizing scientific methods and endeavours which in turn can generate their own fictional creations.

My creations make significant usage of illusions, games of perception and devices that kindle the hidden regions of our mind. I aim at ways of evoking the realms of the insurmountable and the ungraspable, beyond the constraints of tangible perception, by creating “unachievable spaces”, partially physical though maintaining something of an eerie nature to be reached only through a personal and intimate experience within the space.
